Job Description
**Job Title** Senior Internal Auditor – Digital Technologies **Role Summary** Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audit engagements focused on digital technologies and cybersecurity. Provide strategic insights and actionable recommendations to improve risk management, internal controls, and operational efficiency across technology-enabled business functions. **Expectations** - Deliver timely, high‑impact audit assessments aligned with organizational objectives. - Negotiate stakeholder buy‑in for recommendations and monitor corrective actions. - Demonstrate independent judgment while fostering collaborative relationships with technology, business, and governance teams. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and execute IT audit programs, including cybersecurity, application security, DevSecOps, and cloud environments. - Prioritize audit work based on risk assessments and strategic priorities. - Evaluate processes, controls, and risk exposures to ensure compliance with standards (NIST, COBIT, ISO). - Supervise audit staff, interns, and external specialists; review audit documentation and final reports. - Communicate findings clearly in written reports and oral presentations to senior management. - Validate recommendations with business leaders, facilitate action‑plan development, and track progress. - Conduct continuous monitoring of emerging cyber threats and best practices. - Contribute to audit planning, universe updates, and risk‑based audit schedules. **Required Skills** - Strong leadership, initiative, and critical‑thinking capabilities. - Excellent analytical, judgment, and communication skills (written & verbal). - Proven ability to build trust and influence change across functional teams. - High ethical standards and professional integrity. - Proficiency in French (both oral and written) is required; English is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. - 8–10 years of progressive experience in IT audit or cybersecurity, preferably in finance. - Advanced certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, or CISSP strongly preferred. - Knowledge of governance frameworks (NIST, COBIT, ISO 27001/27005, etc.). ---
