D365 CRM/CE Project Manager / Scrum Master
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM/CE) implementations, acting as both Project Manager and Scrum Master. Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget while driving agile practices, cross‑functional collaboration, and high‑quality solution delivery.
**Expectations**
- Deliver Dynamics 365 CRM/CE projects that meet business requirements and best practices.
- Maintain project health by managing scope, schedule, risks, and budget.
- Foster continuous improvement through agile ceremonies and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure successful change management, user adoption, and post‑go‑live support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the full project lifecycle for D365 CRM/CE implementations.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
- Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and deliverables using Agile and hybrid methodologies.
- Coordinate functional consultants, developers, technical teams, and business stakeholders.
- Produce and maintain project documentation: requirements, user stories, sprint backlogs, plans, and status reports.
- Develop and execute project communication plans with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine backlog and align delivery with product strategy.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as required.
- Ensure compliance with organisational governance, standards, and quality frameworks.
**Required Skills**
- 5–10+ years of project management experience, preferably with Dynamics 365 CRM/CE projects.
- Proven role as Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead on CRM/CE implementations.
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE modules: Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service.
- Hands‑on experience with Agile/Scrum practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira).
- Strong leadership of cross‑functional teams in fast‑paced environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Budget, timeline, risk, and vendor relationship management expertise.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certified (e.g., Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate) is preferred.
