Job Description

Job Title: Customer Success & Supply Chain Enthusiast Role Summary: Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal technical & sales teams, driving end‑to‑end implementation, configuration, and ongoing success of AI‑powered supply‑chain solutions. Expectations: • Deliver measurable customer ROI using data analysis and Excel. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships from demo to go‑live. • Translate customer needs into product features and roadmap inputs. • Actively collaborate with internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within scope. • Demonstrate passion for technology, supply chain, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct ROI calculations and present findings to customers. • Configure Optioryx products to meet client processes and requirements. • Onboard new customers, guide implementation, and serve as first point of contact for product‐related inquiries. • Communicate proactively with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment. • Validate and test new feature developments with real customer data. • Collect and prioritize customer feedback for product roadmap. Required Skills: • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel. • Excellent verbal and written communication in Dutch and English (French a plus). • Comfortable working across technical, sales, and operational teams. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Problem‑solving mindset with affinity for software/cloud applications. • Passion for supply‑chain optimization and technology. Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Engineering, Supply‑Chain Management, or related field (preferred: Handelsingenieur). • Relevant consulting or supply‑chain experience considered a plus.
