Job title: Project Manager (F/M)
Role Summary: Lead an 8‑10 person service center, managing the end‑to‑end delivery of diverse functional projects for an agribusiness grouping. Apply agile methodologies to plan, coordinate, and deliver solutions across multiple technologies (.NET, Java, PHP, Angular, Python, Power BI). Act as primary client liaison, facilitating workshops and prioritisation, while ensuring production quality and financial performance.
Expectations:
- Drive project success on time, within scope and budget.
- Maintain continuous communication with business unit manager, technical leads, and client stakeholders.
- Deliver regular status updates, risk assessments, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage agile project lifecycle: vision definition, sprint planning, backlog grooming.
- Organise and lead client and internal meetings, workshops, and prioritisation sessions.
- Coordinate cross‑functional technical teams, ensuring alignment with objectives.
- Conduct pre‑sales support, contributing to project scoping and proposals.
- Monitor team performance, staff development, and resource utilisation.
- Oversee production quality and billing processes.
Required Skills:
- Proven project management experience (5+ years).
- Strong technical foundation across .NET, Java, PHP, Angular, Python, Power BI.
- Agile certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner) preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
- Prioritisation, risk mitigation, and disciplined time‑management.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Agile-related certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) highly desirable.
