Expectations: Deliver accurate, insightful research outputs within project timelines. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders. Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a commitment to high‑quality deliverables. Key Responsibilities: - Design, program, and test survey questionnaires using survey platforms. - Collect, clean, and manipulate quantitative and qualitative data. - Conduct data analysis with statistical tools and produce visualizations. - Prepare concise reports and presentations for client meetings. - Participate in client calls and internal project discussions. Required Skills: - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience with survey analysis software (e.g., SPSS, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey). - Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Effective written and verbal communication. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
