Job Title: Digital Content Coordinator
Role Summary
Execute and oversee data‑driven digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, app, and web channels, ensuring high quality, interactive, and personalized customer communications.

Deliver timely, visually compelling content that meets business objectives and technical requirements, collaborating across marketing, sales, and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage interactive, dynamic campaigns using Selligent Campaign (or equivalent) for email, SMS, app messages, banners, landing pages, and forms.
- Design visuals in Figma for small campaigns and convert designs to HTML/CSS/JavaScript for deployment.
- Ensure campaign deliverability, testing, and compliance with SEO, geo‑targeting, and accessibility standards.
- Maintain quality control across all digital touchpoints; update and optimize content as needed.
- Act as liaison between business/marketing stakeholders and technical teams within an agile environment.
Required Skills
- 3+ years in direct marketing with proven experience in interactive email, landing page, and web form development.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Strong graphic design skills; fluency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, XD).
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (Selligent Campaign, Marketo, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign).
- Knowledge of SQL for data segmentation and reporting.
- Detail‑oriented, self‑directed, able to meet tight deadlines and adapt to last‑minute changes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication; collaborative team player.
Required Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
