LEARNING: The word "Learning" refers to the science of Applied Behavioral Analysis being the science of learning across all areas of development. By having "Learning" in our name, we clearly acknowledge and convey that we are focused on the science of learning and its role in improving communication, social relationships, schooling and, ultimately, a positive work/life experience. PARTNERS: Finally, the word "Partners" emphasizes how we think about our approach as a care delivery organization. **Job Title:** ABA Program Manager (PM) **Role Summary** Lead and manage ABA therapy programs, supervise client interventions, and provide mentorship to support clinical team development. **Expectations** Candidates enrolled in or completing a master's program for BCBA certification, with 2-3 years of ABA field experience and proficiency in clinical software tools. **Key Responsibilities** - Supervise and evaluate client ABA programs, conduct assessments, and implement treatment plans under BCBA guidance. - Provide parent education and collaborate with families to ensure client progress. - Mentor and support behavior technicians in treatment plan execution and professional growth. - Balance direct intervention with administrative tasks, including goal writing, data analysis, and program adjustments. **Required Skills** - Proficiency in data collection software (e.g., Central Reach). - Strong communication for client and staff interactions. - Clinical problem-solving and adaptability in dynamic caseload management. **Required Education & Certifications** - Enrolled in or completed a master’s degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, or related field. - Aspiring BCBA candidates (6-12 months from exam readiness). - Eligibility for BACB certification (BCBA in progress). **Program Structure** - Mandatory participation in a structured supervision program (Clinician Compass) including mentorship, fieldwork, and exam prep. - Paid supervision hours, $5,000 incentive for BCBA exam completion, and access to 75+ CEU courses.
