Job title: Salesforce Developer
Role Summary: Design, configure, and develop custom Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ, ensuring alignment with business requirements and platform best practices.
Expectations: 7+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development, proven CPQ expertise, Salesforce Developer or Admin certification mandatory, strong communication, Agile experience, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities: • Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and security (Permission Sets, Roles, OWD).
• Architect solutions and create custom code (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, validation rules, workflows, and Process Builder flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Web Services, REST/SOAP, and handle data import/export.
• Customize and extend CPQ functionality; knowledge of Apptus, Cloudsense, or similar CPQ products is a plus.
• Provide delegated admin support, Communities, Partner Portal, and Sites configuration.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and present solutions to stakeholders.
Required Skills: • Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Component, JavaScript, HTML, SOQL, SOSL, AJAX, XML, Web Services.
• Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and admin fundamentals.
• Data management, integration, and security best practices.
• Agile project tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Strong verbal and written communication.
Required Education & Certifications: • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field (good GPA). • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II (mandatory) and Salesforce Certified Administrator (preferred).
