**Job Title**
ERP Project Manager (F/M)
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of ERP, accounting, and mobility/BI software deployments. Serve as the main liaison between internal support, development teams, and clients, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
**Expectations**
- Successful on‑time, on‑budget project completions.
- Clear, proactive communication with sales, team leaders, and project directors regarding milestones, risks, and deviations.
- High client satisfaction and continuous improvement of deployment processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Define project scope, create detailed schedules, and monitor progress using internal deployment methodology (P.M.P., L.U.P., planning tools).
- Organize project meetings, prepare minutes, and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate functional, technical, and client user teams; ensure alignment and knowledge transfer.
- Analyze functional requirements, propose suitable solutions, and validate deliverables.
- Identify project risks, craft mitigation plans, and conduct post‑implementation reviews (REX) to capture lessons learned.
- Maintain quality of deliverables, adhere to contractual commitments, and watch budget and schedule adherence.
**Required Skills**
- Proven experience managing ERP or management‑software deployment projects.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; capable of drafting clear reports and facilitating stakeholder discussions.
- Proficiency in English (business level).
- Knowledge of information‑systems management; familiarity with dealership, concession, or rental industry operations preferred.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) considered an advantage.
