Job Description
Job title: Account Executive – Document360 Role Summary: Drive new business sales for the Document360 AI‑powered knowledge base platform, generating revenue from mid‑market to enterprise UK accounts. Own end‑to‑end sales cycle, from independent prospecting to closing, with support from a dedicated SDR. Expectations: - Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets (120k OTE). - Secure meetings, negotiate terms, and close multi‑month SaaS deals. - Deliver presentations, demos, and value propositions to senior stakeholders. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Support, and Senior Leadership to align solutions. - Provide accurate forecasts, reports, and market insights. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and qualify leads; set up initial contact and product demos. - Conduct needs analysis with prospects, propose solutions, and articulate ROI. - Lead negotiations with procurement and executive teams, finalize contracts. - Manage end‑to‑end sales pipeline; update CRM with activity and forecast data. - Align internal resources for successful client onboarding and support. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly. - Resolve customer issues promptly in collaboration with support teams. - Participate in quarterly team engagement events and travel as required. Required Skills: - 2+ years SaaS sales experience with complex (3–9 month) cycles. - Experience in consultative, solution‑based selling to mid‑market and enterprise. - Strong negotiation skills with LOB, procurement, and C‑level execs. - Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; proficient in web‑based demos. - Customer‑centric mindset; ability to uncover multiple land‑and‑expand opportunities. - Cross‑functional collaboration; influence internal teams during deal cycles. - Familiarity with enterprise software, although specific knowledge‑base experience not required. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Demonstrated sales track record and ability to meet revenue targets.
