**Job Title:** Systems Engineer
**Role Summary:**
Design, implement, and manage scalable corporate infrastructure leveraging IaC, EMM, and IAM solutions. Drive automation, AI integration, and self‑service capabilities to enhance operational efficiency and security across a high‑growth, AI‑first organization.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end infrastructure solutions with Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps workflows.
- Lead EMM strategy using Microsoft Intune and Kandji, ensuring device security and application delivery.
- Manage IAM with Okta, implementing RBAC, MFA, SSO, and entitlement workflows.
- Develop internal automation tools (Python preferred) to reduce manual intervention.
- Build secure CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Collaborate with security, product, and business stakeholders to translate strategic goals into technical solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Architect and deploy multi‑cloud infrastructure using IaC and GitOps principles.
- Configure and administer Microsoft Intune and Kandji for endpoint management.
- Design and maintain Okta IAM configuration, including user lifecycle and zero‑trust access controls.
- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure changes.
- Build Python‑based automation tools for system administration and business processes.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify and close service gaps, producing self‑service solutions.
- Ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other relevant security frameworks.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience in Systems Engineering or IT Operations with a focus on corporate infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in Terraform, Ansible, GitOps, and cloud automation best practices.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Kandji, and enterprise mobility management.
- Solid experience with Okta IAM (SSO, MFA, RBAC, entitlement, user lifecycle).
- Proficiency in Python for automation tool development.
- Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and virtualization (VMware, Hyper‑V).
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipeline design.
- Strong Linux/Unix administration skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications preferred: Terraform, Microsoft Intune, Okta, or equivalent IaC/EMM/IAM credentials.
