Job Description

**Job Title:** DevOps Engineer **Role Summary:** Architect, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and build pipelines for Java and .NET applications across hybrid cloud environments, primarily using Azure DevOps. Ensure scalable, secure, and efficient delivery pipelines while collaborating closely with development and operations teams. **Expactations:** - Minimum 5+ years’ experience in build engineering or DevOps. - Proven expertise in Azure DevOps (mandatory). - Strong familiarity with Java/.NET build systems. - Advanced Git knowledge, including branching strategies. - Proficient scripting in PowerShell, Bash, and Python. - Experience managing hybrid cloud deployments. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain build and release pipelines. - Automate build, testing, and deployment processes. - Optimize pipeline performance and enforce best practices. - Manage access, security, and compliance in Azure DevOps. - Mentor and support developers on CI/CD tooling. - Troubleshoot build and deployment failures in hybrid environments. - Continuously evaluate and integrate new DevOps tools and techniques. **Required Skills:** - Azure DevOps (build, release, pipelines). - Java and .NET build systems (MSBuild, Maven, Gradle). - Git repository management and branching strategies. - Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Python. - Hybrid cloud architecture (Azure + on‑prem). - Problem‑solving, collaboration, and documentation. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (AZ-400) or equivalent certification preferred.
