Job Description: **Job Title** Senior Engineer **Role Summary** Lead and manage complex civil engineering projects from concept through completion. Oversee a team of construction inspectors, ensure compliance with technical standards, and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver infrastructure solutions meeting regulatory and community requirements. **Expectations** - Provide strategic guidance on project planning, design, and execution. - Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to deliver on time and within scope. - Maintain professional engineering licensure and uphold ethical standards in all technical work. - Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous improvement and team development. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Direct the design, analysis, and documentation of civil engineering projects (roads, bridges, utilities, etc.). 2. Oversee construction monitoring, inspections, and quality control activities. 3. Evaluate and mitigate technical risks; resolve engineering conflicts and field issues. 4. Prepare and review technical reports, cost estimates, and procurement documents. 5.
