Job Description
**Job Title:** Customer Success Manager (Fixed‑Term Contract) **Role Summary:** Drive adoption, satisfaction, and retention of restaurant partners using the Zenchef SaaS platform. Build trusted relationships, proactively address issues, and identify growth opportunities through data‑driven insights and personalized support. **Expectations:** - Achieve high client satisfaction scores (NPS/CSAT) and maintain strong retention rates. - Proactively engage accounts to ensure optimal platform utilization. - Identify and pursue upsell/cross‑sell opportunities to contribute to revenue targets. - Collaborate effectively with Support, Product, and Operations teams to deliver seamless service. **Key Responsibilities:** - Initiate regular contact with restaurant clients via phone and video calls to monitor usage and satisfaction. - Serve as the primary point of contact, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. - Analyze client data and feedback to understand unique needs and recommend tailored solutions. - Schedule and lead periodic business reviews to gather feedback and refine support processes. - Track and act on satisfaction metrics (NPS, CSAT) to continuously improve the client experience. - Communicate client insights and improvement suggestions to internal teams to enhance product and revenue outcomes. - Manage a portfolio of multiple B2B accounts simultaneously, ensuring organized and proactive account management. **Required Skills:** - Proven experience in Customer Success, Onboarding, or Account Management within a SaaS/Tech environment. - Strong communication abilities in both English and French. - Demonstrated success in B2B client relationship management, preferably in hospitality, retail, or reservation/payment systems. - Ability to handle sensitive, evolving client relationships and deliver solutions under pressure. - Excellent organizational, proactive, and multitasking capabilities. - Collaborative mindset with experience working cross‑functionally (Support, Product, Operations). - Data‑driven approach to identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - No specific certifications required; relevant SaaS or customer success training is a plus.
