We are a dynamic marketing duo who met building an ice cream. Being two out of five employees, and the only marketing team members, we spent every day on video calls building and executing scrappy marketing strategies. After embarking on separate consulting side gigs, we realized we were so much more powerful working together than we were working alone. Wherever one had a weakness, the other had a strength to balance it out. With a joint passion for making a difference in the world and the knowledge that we could truly add powerful value to founder's journeys, the creation of Orenda began.

Job Description

**Job Title:** Marketing Associate **Role Summary:** Support multiple client brands by creating and executing copy, visual content, and social media strategies. Collaborate with founders, account managers, and creative teams to develop brand voice, drive engagement, and contribute to business growth. **Expectations:** - Deliver high‑quality, on‑brand copy and visual assets across social platforms. - Manage projects from concept through execution, meeting deadlines and client expectations. - Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations. - Continuously learn new tools and stay current on design and social media trends. **Key Responsibilities:** - Write and edit copy for posts, blogs, email, and brand messaging. - Design graphics and short‑form videos (Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro); capture and edit UGC. - Develop and maintain content calendars; schedule and publish on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest. - Shape brand voice, storytelling frameworks, and creative briefs. - Track and report analytics using Sprout, Hootsuite, or similar tools; advise on optimization. - Coordinate with photographers, creatives, and clients; support brand shoots and community engagement. - Contribute to ideation sessions, mood boards, and campaign strategy. **Required Skills:** - Strong copywriting and storytelling ability; adapt to varied brand voices. - Proficient in Canva, G‑Suite, Microsoft Office; experienced with CapCut (video editing). - Social‑media savvy on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest. - Basic graphic design sense (color, typography, layout). - Excellent written and verbal English communication. - Ability to organize data, manage spreadsheets, and follow projects end‑to‑end. - Familiarity with CPG/retail environments is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. - 1–2 years of professional experience in marketing, content creation, or similar role. *Nice‑to‑have:* Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Klaviyo, Sprout/Hootsuite, SEO/hashtag strategy, photography/videography.
