**Job Title:** Marketing Manager **Role Summary:** Lead and own the entire marketing function for a fast‑growing early‑education organization with multiple school sites. Partner directly with founders to drive enrollment, unify brand identity, and build scalable, data‑driven marketing systems across paid media, SEO, creative direction, and reporting. **Expectations:** - 3‑7+ years of performance‑based digital marketing experience (Meta, Google). - Proven ability to plan and execute multi‑site campaigns in franchise, education, healthcare, or service environments. - Demonstrated self‑start attitude, comfort with ambiguity, and strong ownership of results. - Ability to work on‑site four days per week in a high‑growth, startup setting. **Key Responsibilities:** - Replace external agency; design, launch, and manage paid digital campaigns for each location. - Create and maintain monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. - Direct creative asset production in collaboration with offshore/freelance designers. - Develop seasonal campaign calendars aligned with enrollment targets (e.g., Back‑to‑School, holidays). - Shape and maintain consistent brand messaging to engage parents and local communities. - Oversee SEO strategy, improve local web visibility, and manage local listings. - Identify, test, and implement offline/local tactics (events, open houses). - Establish foundations for future marketing team expansion. - Collaborate with co‑founders on budgeting, priorities, and strategic direction. **Required Skills:** - Performance media planning/execution on Meta and Google platforms. - Multi‑site campaign management and reporting. - SEO fundamentals and local search optimization. - Creative direction and asset review. - Strong analytical mindset; data‑driven decision making. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Proactive, self‑motivated, thrives in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) preferred but not mandatory.
