Job Title: Area Sales Manager Role Summary: Lead and mentor multiple sales managers and professional staff in the construction sector, driving revenue growth through strategic planning, resource allocation, and operational excellence. Expactations: Achieve sales targets, develop and execute area sales strategies, optimize team performance, solve operational challenges, negotiate with partners, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Mentor and guide sales managers and staff to meet and exceed sales goals. - Design and implement area-wide sales strategies aligned with company objectives. - Allocate resources, set priorities, and monitor performance metrics. - Analyze data to inform decision-making and resolve complex operational issues. - Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with external partners, vendors, and customers. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve organizational targets. Required Skills: - 7+ years of sales management experience, preferably in construction. - Strong leadership, coaching, and people‑management abilities. - Deep understanding of sales processes and business drivers. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. - Data‑driven decision‑making mindset.
