Job Description
Job Title: Influencer Marketing Coordinator Role Summary: Execute end‑to‑end influencer campaigns for a premium skincare brand, managing outreach, onboarding, contracts, content approvals, gifting, CRM, reporting, and compliance while supporting broader PR and marketing initiatives. Expectations: Deliver influencer collaborations on schedule, maintain accurate contact histories and performance data, ensure brand-aligned content, comply with FTC and advertising rules, coordinate logistics, and continuously improve workflow and campaign ROI. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and execute influencer campaigns from outreach to wrap‑up, including contract coordination, content approvals, asset collection, payment coordination, and post‑campaign analysis. - Develop detailed content briefs (messaging, hashtags, creative direction, CTA) and verify brand guideline compliance. - Oversee product gifting and seeding: inventory tracking, packing/shipping coordination, vendor liaison, and delivery confirmation. - Maintain and update the influencer CRM with relationship notes, deliverable status, and performance history. - Align influencer calendars with product launches and seasonal campaigns; repurpose assets across social and creative channels. - Track and analyze campaign metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, promo‑code usage, attributed sales); produce weekly/monthly reports with insights. - Manage contract and usage‑rights documentation, ensuring FTC and advertising compliance. - Assist with influencer and press event logistics: invitations, RSVPs, itineraries, and on‑site support. - Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements to scale the creator program. - Monitor platform trends and emerging creators; recommend new talent, formats, or tests. Required Skills: - 1–3 years of hands‑on influencer marketing coordination or campaign logistics, preferably in beauty/skincare. - Strong organizational and project management abilities with meticulous attention to detail. - Effective written and verbal communication. - Proficiency in spreadsheets and basic reporting tools (Google Sheets/Excel); experience with influencer platforms/CRMs (e.g., Refunnel, CreatorIQ, Grin) advantageous. - Ability to spot relevant talent and trends on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. - Proactive, creative problem‑solving and collaborative teamwork in a fast‑paced environment. - Comfortable coordinating shipping logistics and basic international customs processes. - Knowledge of FTC disclosure rules and influencer compliance best practices (preferred). - Experience with photo/video content production or creative brief writing (preferred). Required Education & Certifications: - No specific educational requirement stated; experience in influencer marketing or related fields is the primary qualification.
