Collaborate closely with design, paid media, influencer, and cross‑functional teams to align content with brand messaging and platform best practices, while maintaining high quality and on‑time delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Pitch and produce authentic, self‑applied skincare videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. - Stay current on social trends, propose concepts to the Director of Social. - Own shooting of short‑form content; assist with long‑form YouTube production. - Brief and coordinate editing with Graphic Designer and Social Media team. - Draft captions, hashtag lists, and social‑first copy for review. - Support daily publishing with the Senior Social Media Associate. - Select engaging thumbnails and licensed sounds for commercial use. - Capture behind‑the‑scenes content at shoots, events, and retail sites. - Produce casual office‑based “culture” videos featuring team members. - Brief Paid Media and retailer assets to design team; collaborate with Influencer and Community teams. - Provide on‑the‑ground support during shoots, events, and campaigns. Required Skills: - Video filming and on‑camera presentation for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. - Strong storytelling, script and concept development. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Detail‑oriented with advanced organizational and time‑management capabilities. - Proficiency in project management and workflow coordination. - Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Dash Hudson). - Adaptability, self‑motivation, and capacity to work in a high‑pace, shifting environment. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree (any field). - 1–3+ years of related experience in beauty or skincare social media content creation.
