Expectations: Work overnight shift with occasional daytime hours; respond promptly to support tickets; maintain system health; ensure compliance; collaborate with teams; document processes accurately. Key Responsibilities - Respond to overnight technical support requests for hardware, software, phones, and core business systems. - Administer O365 and Microsoft Exchange accounts, permissions, and distribution lists. - Troubleshoot and maintain virtual cloud desktops; manage onboarding and offboarding processes. - Monitor security systems (spam filters, antivirus, access controls) to prevent threats and ensure compliance. - Document service requests, resolutions, and project updates clearly and accurately. - Support IT projects, upgrades, and rollouts during off‑peak hours. - Collaborate with team members and communicate issues to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
