**Job Title:** SEO & Digital Lead
**Role Summary:**
Strategic and hands‑on leader responsible for developing and executing multi‑channel SEO, digital PR, social and influencer programs for agency clients. Provides senior client ownership, guides a team of strategists and freelancers, and delivers core SEO tasks as needed to drive visibility, engagement and measurable growth.
**Expectations:**
- Define and own SEO and broader organic, owned, and earned channel strategies.
- Lead client relationships for SEO‑focused accounts, ensuring commercial impact.
- Mentor senior strategists and external partners to maintain high‑quality output.
- Deliver SEO implementations (technical, content, link‑building) when required.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead strategy across SEO, digital PR, social media, influencer marketing, and LLM‑driven initiatives.
- Act as senior client lead, managing expectations, reporting, and KPI setting.
- Create multi‑channel plans that increase brand visibility and drive measurable results.
- Conduct and oversee SEO audits, roadmap development, and performance tracking.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets across multiple client accounts.
- Provide hands‑on execution of technical SEO, content optimization, and link‑building tasks.
- Mentor and develop senior strategists and freelance contributors.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep expertise in SEO (technical, content, earned link‑building).
- Proven experience in strategic channel planning for organic, owned, and earned media.
- Senior‑level agency background in SEO, digital PR, content, or digital strategy.
- Strong project management and client leadership abilities.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and similar tools.
- Consultative leadership style with the ability to inspire, challenge, and deliver results.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred: SEO‑related certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar).
