Job Description

**Job Title:** Social Media & Influencer Projects Manager **Role Summary:** Strategic oversight of digital communication, influencer partnerships, and content creation for a themed entertainment park. Balancing creative direction with operational execution to enhance digital presence and engagement. **Expectations:** Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, advertising, or related field, preferably in tourism, travel, or leisure sectors. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and collaborate with external agencies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and implement end-to-end social media and influencer strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Optimize online media budgets through agency collaboration (social media, influencer, and media management). - Supervise content production (web/app assets, photo/video shoots, influencer campaigns, and event promotion). - Coordinate and evaluate performance of external partners (agencies) with accountability and relationship-building. - Partner with sustainability teams to advance internal communication and socially responsible projects. - Conduct trend analysis and benchmarking to refine digital and social communication practices. **Required Skills:** - Strategic and operational planning for digital campaigns. - Budget management and cross-agency collaboration. - Creative direction for multimedia content production. - Analytical and synthesization capabilities for performance evaluation. - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. - Fluency in influencer marketing and digital storytelling. **Required Education & Certifications:** Not specified.
