Job Description
Job Title: Regional Account Manager (M/F) Role Summary Drive sales growth in the automotive and automotive sectors by managing multi‑site and key client accounts for a connected security solutions provider. Deliver customized proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong client relationships across two French departments. Expectations - Achieve revenue and margin targets per business rules. - Represent company strategy to regional key accounts. - Build and execute structured action plans for new and existing clients. - Expand market share through proactive prospecting. - Create compliant, complex solutions aligned with industry standards (APSAD R81/R82/R7). - Negotiate framework agreements, yearly tariffs, and partnership contracts. - Coordinate cross‑functional activities and client information flow. - Close renewals, resolve disputes, and manage account growth. - Provide accurate forecasting and management reporting. Key Responsibilities - Prospective research and acquisition of new clients in designated territory. - Design tailored offers respecting legal, normative, and certification requirements. - Negotiate and finalize contracts and pricing. - Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, customer support) to deliver proposals. - Monitor client needs, contribute to business case development, and identify upsell opportunities. - Retain and deepen client relationships—manage renewals, disputes, and contract evolution. - Maintain updated client data and account sheets. - Collaborate with collections to address payment delinquencies. - Build a network of stakeholders, influencers, and decision makers. - Deliver accurate activity reports, forecasts, and account plans to management. Required Skills - Strong B2B sales experience (multi‑site/key account focus). - Proven ability to build and deliver complex, value‑added solutions. - Skilled negotiator with persuasive communication. - Team player, self‑motivated, and results‑driven. - Comfortable with direct and indirect sales approaches. - Good analytical and planning skills. - Proficient in French and English; knowledge of the automotive market is a plus. Required Education & Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related discipline. - Relevant industry certifications (e.g., APSAD R81/R82) preferred but not mandatory.
