**Job title**
IT Project Manager (Chef de projet IT)
**Role Summary**
Lead and deliver diverse IT projects from initiation to closure, coordinating functional, technical, and vendor teams. Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while ensuring stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and successful adoption of solutions.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end project management in IT
- Bac+5 (Master’s) in IT Project Management, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for complex environments
- Fluent in English; written and verbal communication in French acceptable
- Proven ability to manage change and coach users on new solutions
- Experience in banking or insurance sectors is a plus
- Proficiency with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence; technical IT understanding
**Key Responsibilities**
1. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
2. Gather, formalise, and validate business requirements.
3. Develop and maintain project roadmap, schedule, and budget.
4. Draft, review, and update all project deliverables.
5. Plan, facilitate, and document project meetings: workshops, steering committees, status meetings.
6. Identify, assess, and manage project risks; develop mitigation plans.
7. Lead operational execution across MOA, MOE, business, and external service providers.
8. Drive change management activities: training, communication, and documentation.
9. Track and report on key performance indicators to assess progress.
