Job Description: **Job Title** Compliance Officer (M/F) **Role Summary** Deploy, monitor, and enhance the company’s compliance framework under the Audit & Internal Control Director. Manage regulatory obligations (RGPD, Sapin II, LCB‑FT, Devoir de Vigilance, IA Act), conduct risk assessments, lead training, and coordinate with operational units to ensure contractual and policy adherence. **Expectations** - Master’s degree in Law, Compliance, or related field. - 2–5 years experience in a corporate compliance or legal function. - Demonstrated ability to interpret and implement evolving national and international regulations. - Strong communication, organizational, and priority‑setting skills. - Proven track record in risk identification, policy development, and stakeholder coordination. **Key Responsibilities** - Implement and track compliance regulations (RGPD, Sapin II, LCB‑FT, Devoir de Vigilance, IA Act). - Conduct national and international regulatory surveillance. - Update and evolve internal policies and procedures. - Design and deliver compliance training and awareness programs. - Manage the network of compliance correspondents. - Support operational units in contractual negotiations. - Perform compliance controls and prepare reporting for senior management. - Provide expertise on legal and compliance matters to cross‑functional teams. **Required Skills** - Deep legal and compliance knowledge. - Ability to identify and assess compliance risks. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities. - Proficiency in data protection, financial crime prevention, and corporate governance frameworks. - Collaborative mindset with stakeholder engagement at all levels. **Required Education & Certifications** Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Law, Compliance, or a related discipline. Professional certification in compliance (e.g., CISSP, CCA, Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is advantageous but not mandatory.
