Assistant – VIP Relations, VIC Experiences & Partnerships (Apprenticeship)
**Role Summary**
Support the VIP Relations & Client Experiences team within Communication & Image to execute high‑visibility projects focused on VIP client engagement, exclusive experiences, and strategic partnerships across luxury brands. Coordinate program calendars, event operations, partner collaborations, and cultural initiatives while maintaining strong internal and external communication.
**Expectations**
- Deliver accurate, timely support for VIP program management, event execution, and partnership oversight.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Communication, Press, Digital, Event, and Regional teams to ensure seamless operation of initiatives.
- Maintain a professional, detail‑oriented approach in a fast‑paced luxury environment.
- Demonstrate initiative, diplomacy, and teamwork, adapting quickly to evolving international demands.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Track and update the VIC calendar, coordinating schedules, reporting, and communications.
- Assist in creating tailored experiences and proposals for brand clients, integrating brand, market, and vendor inputs.
- Support event planning: logistics, briefs, invitations, pacing, and asset management.
- Monitor partnership programs (e.g., Women In Motion, Cannes Festival), ensuring execution standards and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide regional support for international cultural activities and compile post‑event reviews.
- Conduct trend research on cultural, artistic, and event landscapes; filter and analyze partnership opportunities.
- Prepare presentations, briefs, and internal documentation; manage invoices/payments in collaboration with finance teams.
**Required Skills**
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities; advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication in French and English; knowledge of a third language (Italian preferred).
- High service orientation, meticulous attention to detail, and strong customer focus.
- Proactive, diplomatic, team‑oriented, adaptable, and creative mindset.
- Ability to manage confidential information and operate in a global, demanding setting.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current enrolment in a bachelor’s or master’s program in Business, Project Management, Communications, Luxury Hospitality, or related field.
- No specific certifications required; possession of advanced office software skills and language proficiency qualifies.
