Job Title: DevOps Engineer
Role Summary: Design, implement, and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure‑as‑code, and monitoring solutions across AWS (and Azure) environments. Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to enable rapid, secure, and reliable software deployments.
Expectations: Deliver production‑grade automation that reduces manual effort, ensures high availability, and incorporates continuous security and observability. Maintain scalable, maintainable, and well‑documented infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and refine CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications using Kubernetes, Helm, Argo CD, Git, Terraform, and Ansible.
- Implement automated provisioning, configuration, and scaling of cloud resources (AWS, Azure).
- Design and maintain monitoring and logging stacks (Dynatrace, Grafana) to track health, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues, coordinating resolution across teams.
- Identify and replace legacy or brittle components with modern, cloud‑native alternatives.
- Develop reusable templates, scripts, and tools to streamline development and operations workflows.
- Stay current with industry advancements (ML Ops, LLMs, containers) and evaluate their applicability.
- Advocate and enforce best practices for development, security hardening, and infrastructure quality.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of professional DevOps experience, building CI/CD infrastructures.
- Advanced expertise in Kubernetes, Helm, Argo CD, Git, Docker, Linux/Windows VMs.
- Proficiency with Terraform (IaC) and Ansible.
- Strong knowledge of monitoring/logging (Dynatrace, Grafana).
- Experience with security hardening and vulnerability detection in cloud environments.
- Ability to automate manual processes and create scalable reusable pipelines.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred: ML Ops, LLMs, TensorFlow, CUDA, Python.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience).
