Salesforce Go-To-Market Lead, Agentforce Revenue Management
**Role Summary**
Lead the global go‑to‑market strategy for the Agentforce‑enabled Revenue Management (ARM) offering. Drive pipeline generation, partner relationships, and product positioning to accelerate sales velocity and bookings across mid‑market and commercial segments.
**Expectations**
- Build and maintain a high‑velocity pipeline in alignment with FY2027 growth targets.
- Develop market differentiation and a compelling value proposition for ARM integrated with Agentforce.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product, engineering, marketing, and delivery teams to align strategy and execution.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Leverage Salesforce network to identify and qualify ARM opportunities; act as pre‑sales SME for CSMs, account executives, and SVPs.
- Build new relationships with Salesforce sellers, product leaders, and solution engineers to generate joint‑owned opportunities.
- Develop ARM packages, IP, and solutions targeting mid‑market and commercial Azure customers.
- Translate complex technical features (e.g., dynamic product bundling, automated billing, usage‑based pricing) into business outcomes for prospects.
- Conduct white‑space analyses, account mapping, and outbound playbooks in partnership with marketing.
- Create competitive POVs showcasing Salesforce ARM benefits over competitors.
- Cultivate relationships with Salesforce executives, product leadership, and account executives for partnership advocacy.
- Partner with Solution Engineering to design a partner‑sales model, including demos, estimation, and pricing strategy to improve win rates.
- Work with marketing to develop awareness campaigns, content, and brand assets, including videos, playbooks, win stories, and industry perspectives.
- Collaborate with product leaders to expand ARM portfolio and deliver differentiated solution packages.
- Coordinate with ARM delivery leadership to build go‑to‑market transition plans, resource allocation, and post‑sales execution.
**Required Skills**
- Strategic account management and GTM planning experience.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Agentforce, and contact‑center solutions.
- Proven ability to build and Nurture partner ecosystems and enterprise sales pipelines.
- Strong presentation, influence, and storytelling skills to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Data‑driven decision making and use of CRM analytics to track pipeline and performance metrics.
- Collaborative mindset with ability to align multidisciplinary teams (sales, engineering, marketing, delivery).
- Experience with white‑space analysis, competitive positioning, and product bundle creation.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Sales Cloud Specialist, or relevant ARM/Revenue Cloud credentials highly desirable.
