**Job Title:** Customer Service Representative **Role Summary** Provides front-line client service by handling deposit transactions, promoting basic banking products, and ensuring compliance with regulatory policies to deliver a positive customer experience. **Expectations** Candidates must be fluent in Korean and English, demonstrate strong attention to detail and compliance adherence, and be able to manage multiple priorities in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting. **Key Responsibilities** - Deliver professional client service by greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and guiding digital banking use. - Process transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, verifying IDs/sigs per compliance. - Promote deposit products and refer customers to specialists for loans/credit needs. - Assist with safety deposit boxes, maintaining accurate records. - Support clearing/processing cheques, statements, and expense reports under managerial guidance. - Manage daily cash floats, documents, and office supplies to sustain operations. - Perform ad-hoc duties as directed by management. **Required Skills** - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail with meticulous compliance following KYC/AML/ATF. - Proficiency in numbers, cash handling, and foreign exchange. - Skilled in Microsoft Office and adaptable for banking systems training. - Team collaboration and task prioritization in dynamic settings. **Required Education & Certifications** - College diploma or university degree in Business, Finance, or related (preferred). - Fluency in Korean and English (spoken/written).
