Job Title: IT Support Specialist Role Summary: Provide first‑line technical support for desktop, laptop, server, and manufacturing system environments. Manage hardware, software, networking, and security assets to maintain high availability of production and office IT infrastructure. Expectations: Deliver timely, professional assistance through ticketing, ensure compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and safety regulations, and contribute to continuous improvement and project initiatives.
