**Job Title:** Senior Project Manager **Role Summary** Lead and coordinate complex digital projects across diverse clients, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery while prioritizing client and user satisfaction. Balance strategic vision with operational execution to drive high-quality outcomes. **Expectations** Demonstrate expertise in managing large-scale projects ($1M+ budgets), with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities. Exhibit strong leadership by mentoring junior staff and advocating project management best practices. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee all aspects of project delivery for digital applications, websites, and client initiatives across the project lifecycle. - Coordinate multi-team workstreams, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Act as primary project liaison for internal/external stakeholders, managing communication and collaboration. - Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks or issues impacting delivery. - Monitor project timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation using data-driven reporting (e.g., weekly EAC updates). - Facilitate planning sessions to establish realistic project scoping, costs, and timelines. - Develop documentation including Statements of Work (SoW), RACI matrices, and risk logs. - Collaborate with Account Managers to communicate project changes and impacts to clients. - Assess time/financial implications of change requests and report to stakeholders. - Guide and mentor junior/mid-level project managers in best practices. **Required Skills** - 6+ years of digital project management in an agency environment. - Mastery of 2+ project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) with situational adaptability. - Strong analytical problem-solving to resolve project issues and drive solutions. - Excellent stakeholder communication, ability to simplify complex concepts. - Commercial acumen to balance client needs with budget constraints. - Collaborative team leadership and conflict-resolution skills. - Technical understanding of digital tools and usability principles in website development. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field preferred. - PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
