Analyze arrear dossiers, determine appropriate recovery actions, and execute amicable or judicial procedures while coordinating with social partners, lawyers, and bailiffs. Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance and timely recovery. Expectations: - Recover unpaid rents within agreed timeframes. - Meet or exceed recovery targets. - Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
