Job Description
**Job Title** Software Engineer – Infrastructure & Integrations **Role Summary** Architect and maintain the cloud‑native platform that powers AI‑driven process and document automation. Work closely with senior leadership, internal teams, and clients to design, deploy, and support scalable integrations, APIs, and MLOps pipelines. **Expectations** - 2‑4 years of backend development and cloud infrastructure experience. - Strong background in Python, Terraform, and REST/GraphQL API design. - Proven ability to translate client requirements into robust, maintainable technical solutions. - Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and client‑facing skills. **Key Responsibilities** - Design, build, and evolve platform integrations and internal/external APIs. - Collaborate directly with client engineering teams to scope, deploy, and support integrations. - Develop and maintain cloud‑native infrastructure (Terraform) for scalable, reliable, and cost‑efficient deployments. - Maintain and enhance MLOps pipelines for AI model deployment, monitoring, and scaling. - Act as the technical liaison for client integration projects, ensuring clear requirements translation and solution delivery. **Required Skills** - Backend development (Python or equivalent). - Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). - API development (REST, GraphQL) in cloud environments. - Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). - MLOps concepts and tooling. - Strong written and verbal communication. - Analytical and problem‑solving mindset. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. - Relevant cloud or DevOps certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Azure Developer Associate, Terraform Associate) preferred but not mandatory.
