**Job title**
SAP EHS Consultant
**Role Summary**
Lead end‑to‑end implementation of SAP Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) modules for enterprise clients, ensuring regulatory compliance, integration with key SAP functions (MM, PP, QM, HR), and delivery of reporting dashboards. Manage project lifecycle, coach junior staff, and support continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on sustainability reporting.
**Expectations**
- Minimum 5 years of SAP EHS consulting experience, including implementation of product safety, hazardous goods, industrial hygiene, waste management, occupational health, and environmental compliance components.
- Proven ability to integrate EHS with MM, PP, QM, and HR modules.
- Hands‑on experience in data migration (hazardous substance data, SDS, compliance records).
- Strong project management skills with exposure to Agile methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Dutch/French knowledge is a plus.
- EU citizenship or valid work permit for Belgium.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, configure, and test SAP EHS modules and sub‑components.
- Coordinate cross‑functional sessions to align EHS with MM, PP, QM, and HR.
- Lead data extraction, transformation, and loading of EHS‑related information.
- Develop and maintain dashboards/reports for EHS performance and compliance.
- Plan, execute, and close EHS implementation projects, managing resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Deliver training and coaching to client users and internal team members.
- Identify and drive process improvements and sustainability reporting enhancements.
**Required Skills**
- In‑depth knowledge of SAP EHS module and sub‑components.
- Integration expertise with MM, PP, QM, HR.
- Data migration and quality assurance of hazardous substance and compliance data.
- Project management (Agile/Scrum familiarity).
- Report design and dashboard creation within SAP.
- Strong stakeholder communication and coaching abilities.
- Fluency in English (additional Dutch/French valuable).
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent.
- SAP EHS certification (or equivalent SAP module certification) strongly preferred.
