Conducts privacy impact assessments, supplier due diligence, data audits, ROPA maintenance, DSAR handling, breach management, and supports Privacy by Design initiatives. **Expactations:** - 6‑month contract, day rate negotiable, IR35 compliant. - Minimum 1 year data protection experience. - Deliver accurate assessments, risk mitigation plans and compliance documentation on deadline. **Key Responsibilities:** - Perform privacy & supplier assessments, identify risks, recommend remediation. - Manage Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) and ensure up‑to‑date maintenance. - Handle Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR) and incident/breach procedures. - Participate in project steering committees to embed Privacy by Design. - Use Business Gateway tools for ROPA, legal/supplier case management, new digital privacy assessments. - Operate risk management platforms: Supplier Due Diligence, Compliance Risk Register. - Conduct data processing audits and maintain compliance register. **Required Skills:** - Strong knowledge of GDPR, UK DPA, PECR/E‑Privacy, EU AI Act, PCI DSS, China PIPL. - Expertise in customer database lifecycle and marketing compliance. - Proficient in risk identification, remediation, and supplier evaluation. - Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - IAPP CIPP/E (mandatory). - IAPP CIPT (desirable).
