Job Description
Job Title: Software Developer Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain custom software applications, collaborate on platform enhancements, and create documentation to support system lifecycle. Expectations: Deliver high-quality solutions aligned with organizational standards; contribute to technical analysis, training, and application support. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, modify, and administer custom solutions (e.g., SharePoint, web, and mobile applications). - Design, maintain, and support complex applications for organizational use. - Create documentation to analyze and communicate information flow. - Provide first-line technical support for assigned systems. - Execute projects from planning to implementation, including KPI measurement and quality improvement. - Identify and resolve technical risks in integration and system performance. - Assist with system upgrades, installations, and vendor coordination. - Evaluate existing applications for reprogramming, updates, and feature enhancements. - Collaborate with IT teams to design specifications for new solutions. Required Skills: - Proficiency in C#.Net backend development. - Experience with SharePoint, web applications, and mobile platforms. - Technical knowledge of databases, interfaces, networks, and hardware. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage stress in high-pressure environments. - Effective communication (written, verbal, and presentation). - Team collaboration and project management capabilities. - Understanding of client requirements and application feature translation.
