Job Description

Job Title: Software Engineering Role Summary: Develop and deliver backend systems and data pipelines for AI-driven financial platforms, focusing on scalable, secure solutions for data-intensive AI integration and infrastructure. Expectations: - 4+ years of software development experience with backend expertise and cloud infrastructure. - Proven track record in building/shipping AI/data-heavy products end-to-end. - Experience designing scalable data pipelines, AI/ML system integrations, and infrastructure. - Interest in financial technology or data-driven financial systems. - Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement backend services, infrastructure, and data pipelines for generative AI products. - Code and review software in Python, TypeScript, and associated technologies for performance and quality. - Collaborate with product, data/ML teams, and DevOps to deliver secure, scalable solutions. - Architect systems for cloud infrastructure, data workflow optimization, and AI integration. - Resolve complex backend/data infrastructure challenges as a subject matter expert. - Participate in strategic roadmap planning with technical input on system design and investment. - Continuously improve codebase, deployment pipelines, and developer workflows for scalability. Required Skills: - Backend development (Python, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure frameworks). - AI/ML system integration and data pipeline design. - Scalable architecture and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP). - Full-stack collaboration and DevOps alignment for production-ready systems. - Problem-solving in high-complexity environments with iterative product delivery. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.
