Job Description
**Job Title:** Cyber Business Development Manager **Role Summary:** Drive revenue growth by expanding the cyber security services portfolio within the existing partner network. Identify and qualify new opportunities, develop compelling proposals and quotations, and manage the full sales cycle to achieve uncapped OTE targets. **Expectations:** - Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners and key stakeholders. - Accurately forecast pipeline and report progress to senior management. - Uphold SCG’s brand and compliance standards in all client interactions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within the current partner base. - Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and presentations for cyber security solutions. - Manage the end‑to‑end sales process, from lead generation through contract negotiation and closing. - Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure proposals align with service capabilities. - Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth areas and inform strategy. - Maintain CRM data integrity and produce regular sales performance reports. - Participate in industry events and networking activities to enhance market presence. **Required Skills:** - Proven B2B sales and business development experience, preferably in cyber security or IT services. - Strong understanding of cyber security products, services, and market trends. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. - Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions. - Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. - Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field. - Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+, Certified Information Security Manager, or sales certifications such as Certified Professional Sales Leader).
