Human Resources Intern
**Role Summary**
Part‑time Global HR Intern supporting the HR team with a focus on AI adoption, data analytics, and digital process improvement. Responsible for creating dashboards, streamlining HR workflows, and providing data‑driven insights to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
**Expactations**
- Complete the internship within a 6‑month period.
- Deliver AI‑enhanced HR documentation and reporting tools.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all tasks.
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and implement AI and automation solutions to streamline HR processes, including drafting documents and improving reporting.
- Build, maintain, and analyze HR dashboards covering headcount, performance, time off, and employee experience.
- Develop high‑quality Excel spreadsheets, PivotTables, and PowerPoint presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and other HR operations while ensuring accurate system and record maintenance.
- Assist with performance‑management cycles, including timeline tracking and documentation.
- Conduct market, policy, and compliance research to inform HR decisions.
- Coordinate HR technology rollouts, engagement initiatives, and special projects, ensuring timely deliverables.
- Draft and update HR communications, guides, and policy documents.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, PivotTables, data visualization).
- Strong PowerPoint skills for clear, data‑driven presentations.
- Solid experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation.
- Ability to apply AI or automation tools to improve processes and documentation.
- Excellent communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
- Capability to handle confidential information in a fast‑paced setting.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Applied AI, Data Science, or Business Analytics.
