**Job Title:** Junior Marketing Brand Assistant
**Role Summary:**
Support the Pentland Brands marketing function across commercial, PR, social, product, and brand teams. Create and manage engaging content, assist with influencer and athlete seeding, event execution, campaign pre‑production, and global asset coordination. Contribute to building a culture of curiosity and creative energy while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide full marketing support to commercial partners, PR, social, product, and brand teams.
- Manage influencer, ambassador, and athlete product seeding, ensuring content approval and alignment with launch goals.
- Assist in planning, promoting, and executing events; serve as onsite support for setup and execution.
- Update and distribute marketing toolkits and guidelines to partners and agencies.
- Support campaign pre‑production and seasonal campaign delivery.
- Oversee global asset management, ensuring timely naming and distribution to partners.
- Coordinate with PR and sport agencies on marketing initiatives and events.
- Aid the Brand Manager in briefing, tracking, and delivering seasonal marketing and PR materials.
- Order, track, and manage seasonal product samples.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends; analyze campaign performance.
- Perform administrative duties such as invoice tracking and documentation.
**Required Skills:**
- Digital‑first mindset with experience creating multi‑channel content (social, web, digital).
- Strong written and visual storytelling abilities.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation tools, and basic design software.
