Job Title: Senior Solution Architect
Role Summary: Lead design and technical direction for complex client‑facing solutions across Salesforce, low‑code, and AI platforms. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient architectures, provide architectural governance, and drive continuous innovation with emerging technologies.
Expectations: Deliver end‑to‑end solutions, set guardrails and patterns, influence roadmap decisions, and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards. Mentor delivery teams, produce architectural decision records, and communicate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and document solution architecture for client and advisor‑facing platforms, ensuring security, performance, and scalability.
- Produce architectural decision records (ADRs) and guide trade‑off discussions.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, enterprise architecture, and security teams to align technology choices with business objectives.
- Lead proofs of concept and evaluate emerging technologies to shape long‑term strategic roadmaps.
- Define guardrails, reusable patterns, and integration guidelines for the enterprise.
- Coach and influence delivery teams on best practices, architectural consistency, and quality standards.
- Communicate architecture vision and strategy to business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise data, security, and infrastructure standards.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of technical leadership in complex solution environments.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce, low‑code platforms, and AI/ML enablement.
- Strong understanding of data architecture, integration patterns, and security‑by‑design principles.
- Experience with architectural governance, ADR documentation, and pattern creation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to assess, adopt, and advocate for emerging technologies.
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, TOGAF, or equivalent) preferred.
