Job Description
Job Title: Regional Manager Role Summary: Lead the commercial strategy, execution and team management for the Regional Market in Retirement & Life Insurance, ensuring alignment with corporate goals, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth. Expectations: Deliver measurable market development results, foster strong partner relationships, drive innovative sales methodologies, and maintain high team performance and collaboration across regions. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement localized growth plans based on market potential and competitor analysis. - Analyze economic and regulatory forces to optimise regional footprint. - Proactively support partners to create mutual value. - Engage local economic actors, share best practices, and conduct cross‑functional analyses. - Deploy new commercial animation methods and support tools. - Uphold commercial policy, contribute to product evolution based on field feedback, and ensure regulatory compliance. - Develop team capabilities, lead transformations, and sustain a positive, performance‑oriented culture. - Collaborate with other Regional Managers to harmonise practices and strengthen cross‑regional synergies. Required Skills: - Proven commercial leadership (5–10 years in sales‑responsible roles). - Team management experience. - Strategic thinking with strong analytical capabilities. - Persuasive negotiation and high‑level communication skills. - Ability to mobilise teams, drive change and advocate innovative solutions. - Local market knowledge and stakeholder engagement proficiency. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree (Bac+5) or equivalent experience. - Relevant certifications in sales, insurance, or commercial management are advantageous.
