**Job Title**
Content Creator & Community Manager (Internship, 6 months, starting January 2026)
**Role Summary**
Support the brand’s social media strategy by creating engaging short‑form video content, managing community interaction, and monitoring performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
**Expectations**
• Deliver high‑quality, trend‑aligned content that reflects the brand’s values of ambition, audacity, passion and responsibility.
• Maintain consistent posting cadence across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
• Demonstrate a proactive approach to trend scouting, community engagement, and data‑driven optimization.
**Key Responsibilities**
1. **Content Creation**
- Conceptualise, film, edit, and optimise short‑form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts).
- Apply storytelling, dynamic cuts, transitions, and visual effects to achieve impactful first‑second engagement.
- Produce creative social‑media assets (graphics, captions) that align with current trends and brand tone.
- Monitor and incorporate UGC, ensuring brand consistency and engagement incentives.
2. **Community Management**
- Build and maintain editorial calendars and content schedules.
- Publish posts across multiple platforms and manage community interactions (likes, comments, shares).
- Identify and engage with accounts referencing the brand, fostering relationships and brand advocacy.
3. **Analysis & Reporting**
- Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance.
- Analyse data to identify improvement opportunities and prepare regular KPI reports for the communications team.
**Required Skills**
- Strong creative vision and curiosity, with an ability to translate trends into brand‑specific content.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and visual creation tools, including AI‑based utilities.
- Solid understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts formats, algorithms, and community standards.
- Excellent storytelling, pacing, and visual composition abilities.
- Data‑driven mindset: comfortable analysing engagement metrics and translating insights into action.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for fashion, lifestyle branding, and digital media.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Current student enrollment in a communication, digital marketing, audiovisual, or comparable program (or equivalent professional experience).
- No specific certifications mandated; practical portfolio of past content creation preferred.
