**Job Title:**
Senior Solution Architect – Strategy & Roadmap
**Role Summary:**
Spearhead cloud‑native architecture strategy and execute technology roadmaps for enterprise clients, bridging pre‑sales, executive engagement, and delivery. Drive solution design, lead executive‑level workshops, and shape proposals that align technical vision with business outcomes.
**Expectations:**
* Deliver end‑to‑end solution architecture for data, analytics, and AI platforms on major cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks).
* Partner with sales to uncover opportunities, shape proposals, and close deals.
* Influence senior leadership and C‑suite stakeholders on technology direction.
* Mentor junior architects and enhance cross‑functional collaboration.
* Maintain market leadership through thought‑leadership, webinars, and industry participation.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Define architecture blueprints, design patterns, and technical roadmaps aligned with client business goals.
- Transition pre‑sales solutions to delivery, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Lead solution architecture sessions, executive briefings, and client workshops.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, develop proposals, scope, and estimates.
- Represent the firm in senior leadership meetings, client engagements, and industry forums.
- Mentor and develop junior architects and engineers.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, delivery, and practice teams.
- Stay current on data/analytics cloud technologies and market trends; champion internal adoption.
**Required Skills:**
- 15+ years in technology architecture, cloud solutions, or data/analytics consulting.
- Deep expertise in cloud‑native data, analytics, and AI architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP, Databricks).
- Proven pre‑sales experience: proposal development, scoping, solution storytelling.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and business audiences.
- Ability to mentor and develop others.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Relevant cloud architecture certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect) and/or data platform champion certifications (Databricks, etc.) preferred.
