Job Description: **Job Title** Full‑Stack Developer **Role Summary** Design, develop, and maintain new features for enterprise IT solutions (CRM, ERP, billing) across multiple telecom operator projects. Lead end‑to‑end delivery from technical specification to production support, and contribute to the product’s technical roadmap. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality code on time for all phases of the development lifecycle. - Translate functional stories into technical designs and tasks. - Participate in technical evaluations, proof‑of‑concept studies, and roadmap planning. - Provide ongoing production support and documentation. - Advocate for best practices and continuous improvement. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct technical studies and propose solutions. - Estimate effort and create technical roadmaps. - Develop features using Java/Spring Boot (or ReactJS/TypeScript when required). - Write, review, and merge code (MR reviews). - Coordinate integration testing and production deployment. - Support production incidents and troubleshoot issues. - Maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation. - Engage in knowledge sharing and practice discussions. **Required Skills** - 5+ years of professional experience in Java/Spring development. - Strong knowledge of Spring Boot 3 and Java 21. - Experience with React JS 18, TypeScript, Material‑UI, and React Testing Library. - Familiarity with GitLab CI, Sonar, Nexus, Kubernetes, Helm. - Proficient in Jira and Confluence. - Excellent written and spoken English communication. - Proactive, collaborative, and curiosity‑driven attitude. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). - Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Programmer; Spring Professional Certification) are an advantage but not mandatory.
