**Job Title:** Project Manager – CVS Implementation
**Role Summary:**
Lead and coordinate cross‑functional commissioning, qualification, and validation (CVS/CQV) activities for new systems, equipment, and process installations across multiple product units, ensuring alignment with project scope, regulatory standards, and site readiness plans.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver all CVS milestones on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrate proactive risk management and continuous improvement of commissioning processes.
- Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders and facilitate teamwork across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan, monitor, and execute CVS activities (FAT/SAT, IQ/OQ/PQ, change control, final sign‑offs).
- Develop and manage CVS protocols, validation plans, and reports according to applicable standards.
- Facilitate de‑risking workshops, identify and mitigate project risks, and drive corrective actions.
- Track progress, manage scope changes, and report status to site leadership and stakeholders.
- Coordinate resources, support workstreams, and ensure safe, efficient start‑ups of new equipment and processes.
- Align commissioning goals with site readiness functional plans and minimize operational disruption.
- Foster collaboration with external vendors and internal teams to meet quality and safety objectives.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience leading commissioning, qualification, and validation in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ, change control, and risk‑based validation methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills; ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Capacity to travel up to 40 % for project execution.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related technical field.
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or project management with direct exposure to CQV/CVS or capital project implementation.
- (Preferred) PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent project management certification.
