Job Title: Building Project Manager Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end construction projects, overseeing planning, scheduling, cost control, quality, contract administration, safety, and stakeholder coordination to deliver projects on time and within budget. Expectations: Deliver projects that meet contractual specifications, maintain safety compliance, control costs, and ensure client satisfaction while communicating issues and progress to leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain Master Project Schedule and Master Variance, updating monthly. - Manage daily project activities, including planning, scheduling, cost accounting, quality control, and safety management. - Administer contracts, change orders, RFIs, ASIs, invoices, and payment requests; follow up on unpaid invoices. - Create, negotiate, and execute subcontractor agreements and purchase orders. - Review shop drawings for accuracy and compliance; coordinate delivery of materials to avoid field delays. - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to the Division Manager and CEO. - Foster relationships with owners, architects, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment. - Enforce quality standards and safety policies across the project team.
