Job Title: Business Analyst Intern Role Summary: 10‑week summer internship providing hands‑on experience as a strategy consultant. Interns conduct research, perform data analysis, and contribute to client‑facing recommendations across transformation, market research, and private equity due‑diligence projects. Expactations: - Complete junior year at a 4‑year college or university. - Maintain an excellent GPA. - Demonstrate strong analytical, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking skills. - Communicate complex ideas clearly in English (additional languages welcome). - Manage multiple tasks efficiently and work effectively in team settings. Key Responsibilities: - Execute research and analytical work to support strategic recommendations. - Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on projects such as organizational transformation, market assessments, and private equity due‑diligence. - Contribute to internal initiatives and project deliverables. - Participate in knowledge‑sharing sessions and professional development activities. Required Skills: - Data visualization and analysis (Excel, PowerPoint). - Secondary research, segmentation, and conjoint analysis. - Survey design, fielding, and analysis. - Focus group facilitation and in‑depth interviews. - Proposal writing, project planning, and note‑taking. - Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). - Basic private equity concepts (useful).
