**Job Title:** Head of Brand Marketing
**Role Summary:**
Strategic leader responsible for building and executing brand‑marketing initiatives across Total Fitness’s portfolio (core clubs, Swim Academy, Women’s Gym, employer brand). Leads a small marketing team, collaborates with product, e‑commerce, sales and revenue heads, and drives brand awareness, consideration, and ROI through multi‑channel campaigns and insight‑driven strategies.

- Recruit, develop and manage a high‑performing marketing team.
- Influence senior commercial decisions and align brand strategy with business objectives.
- Deliver measurable brand growth and market share gains while maintaining budget discipline.
- Manage agency partners and internal resources to maximize value.
- Communicate performance and insights to executive leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Own and execute the annual brand‑marketing plan for all Total Fitness brands.
- Drive brand awareness, consideration and salience using customer insight and brand metrics.
- Lead multi‑channel campaign planning, execution, and optimization (owned, earned, paid).
- Produce creative and content assets with internal talent and external agencies.
- Serve as custodian of brand standards; ensure alignment across all functions and member touchpoints.
- Oversee the internal recording studio (“The Workshop”) for content production.
- Design internal and external communications strategies.
- Support research and insight initiatives; disseminate findings organization‑wide.
- Partner with Head of Product, Head of e‑commerce, Head of Sales, and Head of Revenue to integrate brand into product, sales, and upsell/cross‑sell initiatives.
- Recruit, negotiate, and manage PR, creative, and media agency relationships.
- Manage complex project timelines, stakeholder expectations, and senior‑level reporting.
- Administer marketing budgets with a focus on ROI and performance tracking.
**Required Skills:**
- Proven experience recruiting, leading, and developing small marketing teams.
- Senior‑level influence and experience shaping commercial strategy.
- Track record of successful multi‑channel (digital, social, influencer, traditional) campaigns with strong ROI.
- Deep expertise in brand building, customer insight, and perception shifting.
- Strong agency management and partnership negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in brand tracking metrics, research methodologies, and performance analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of digital media, content creation, emerging platforms, and influencer marketing.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation abilities.
- High resilience, curiosity, and ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (required).
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred (optional).
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Digital Marketing, Brand Management) advantageous but not mandatory.
