**Job Title** Strategic Account Manager **Role Summary** Dedicated to building and expanding long‑term, multi‑year partnerships with flagship sports brands. Drives commercial growth, gross merchandise value (GMV), and market share within a digital marketplace ecosystem, acting as the central liaison between partner executives and internal cross‑functional teams. **Expectations** - Deliver measurable GMV growth and market share objectives for each strategic account. - Maintain C‑level relationships, ensuring partner satisfaction and mutual success. - Engage in frequent business reviews, adjusting strategies based on data insights. - Travel frequently as required to meet partners and internal stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead development and execution of multi‑year Joint Business Plans. - Own partner success, setting and achieving GMV targets and growth milestones. - Negotiate and manage commercial campaigns, promotional budgets, and exclusive offers. - Optimize partner product assortment and visibility, including retail media, in‑store presence, and fulfillment services. - Conduct deep‑dive market and sales analyses to identify opportunities and risks. - Coordinate cross‑functional projects involving marketing, logistics, technology, legal, and operations. - Advocate partner interests internally, ensuring alignment across all Decathlon teams. - Facilitate the integration of high‑value services (e.g., fulfillment, media packages) into partner ecosystems. **Required Skills** - Minimum 5 years of key account management, strategic sales, or business development experience, preferably in e‑commerce, retail, or technology platforms. - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding GMV targets. - Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities. - Advanced analytical skills – translate data into actionable commercial strategies. - Executive communication skills, capable of influencing C‑level audiences. - Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving transformation initiatives. - Fluent in English; proficiency in the local market language required; French is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s (preferred) or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. - Relevant certifications in account management, sales, or analytics are advantageous. ---
